Had an amazing stay! Really close to the town, which allowed easy access to shops, restaurant's, bars, walks and to explore the area. The accommodation was perfect for us, a family of 8 we made full use of the well equipped kitchen and spent some lovely evenings relaxing in cosy lounge. Both Dee and Greg were excellent hosts. Thank you again, we will definitely be coming back!

Thank you so much for enabling us to stay at The Beeches for my daughters wedding. It was the perfect location for the ceremony at Llangollen Methodist Church. It was a lovely house for my family to stay with plenty of comfortable space. It was nice to have a good supply of kitchen equipment, mugs and plates etc. and great to have parking. With small children in our group having the park just behind the house was a real bonus. We will certainly stay again for another family occasion.

We were a group of nine adults mixed ages and two dogs. We were absolutely delighted with.1 The Beeches. We had plenty of space downstairs and the bedrooms were more than adequate. The house was comfortable, clean and extremely well equipped The outside area was perfect for our two dogs and had ample comfortable seating for everybody. We were more than pleased with the location of the house, being just a short walk from the centre of town and so near to the beautiful park immediately behind the house. Nearby Aldi and Home Bargains stores within a five minute walk was an added bonus, as was the ample parking space for our three vehicles at the front of the property. The one query which we had during our stay was dealt with promptly and efficiently by the owners. I would most certainly recommend.1 The Beeches to others.

The Beeches is a home from home, in the perfect location. There is ample parking on site and the house is very roomy. We are a family of 8 and there was room to spare. The owners are friendly, extremely helpful and welcoming . We would recommend this property to any family group looking for a perfect holiday.

Great family house with a spacious kitchen as well as other rooms downstairs. Jukebox was entertaining too! Good quick communication from the owners. We liked the location with a park & Aldi behind and then a lovely short walk into town along riverside or a bit quicker by streets Some great hiking nearby as well as local attractions.

The property is a splendid house in the town of Llangollen three minutes away from the Main Street and a couple of minutes away from the river. If its not in flood its a great place for everyone to meander along the rocky shore. Certainly my grandchildren loved it. Between the house and the river is a childrens park. In essence the house couldnt be better placed. Lovely inside and outside. Plenty of space for three cars and a paved back garden. We had a marvellous week. I liked this house a lot. The owners were also lovely people who obviously want you to enjoy the stay.

Lovely house well equipped and great location garden is good especially if the weather is kind to you enjoyed the jukebox nice surprise. Parking is a bonus and being able to walk to lots of facilities and the river . Plenty of space for a large party would definitely recommend in fact we have rebooked for next year .

The Beeches is a superb house in a fantastic location. We were a group of nine people and two dogs. The house was clean, comfortable with very good appliances to meet our needs. Good outside facilities for the dogs to roam around. The riverside walk into town was easy and can highly recommend the Bridge End Hotel, Deeside Cafe Bistro, Liberty Tavern wine bar and The Corn Mill. Our cars were parked up all week, as there are llenty of walks to undertake. We met the owners who were warm and welcoming. If we go back to Llangollen then the Beeches would be our first choice.

In the downstairs master i could not shave due to the mirror being just a small cabinet and no lighting above the mirror. Everything else was excellent.

A lovely spacious house in a perfect location. The picturesque stream and play area behind was perfect for our family. With only a few minutes walk to the town one way and the supermarket the other it couldn't have been better. We had a lovely week and can definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay in this house which is very well equipped, comfortable close to all the amenities in Llangollen and with several walks right from the door. The owners are keen for their visitors to enjoy their stay and are very helpful. The wine was greatly appreciated! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beeches. Very comfortable and warm, cosy property with great facilities. Great location on the edge of town, walking distance to shops, cafes etc and lovely walks along the canal and river. The only downside was that the showers were a bit of a challenge. The water flow was generally poor and we couldn't run a tap in any part of the house if someone was in the shower as the flow was even slower. Not a major problem though. We would definitely come back to this lovely house.

We booked for a multigenerational family stay and the houseworked perfectly well for us. There is a children's park at the back with a mini golf and Llangollen is a very easy walk away 510 minutes max and of course you can walk along the riverside. The owners were very responsive to a simple enquiry turning up the next day with some kitchen scales they pride themselves on making sure everything is available for guests. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped one of the best we have had and even the weather was better than expected!

It was comfortable for the whole family, plenty of space to be together or have quiet times. Outside flat and safe for young children and dogs. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook for a large family. Outside a BBQ clean and like new condition. Outside sheltered space too with converted shed with seating should the weather change . A great inside outside space. Behind the garden is the park and playground.. crazy golf and cafe.. short flat walk of 5 mins to Aldi and Home Bargains s to your right. To your left a river, picturesque walk of 4 mins into the historic town of Llangollen. Plenary of independent shops, cafes and pubs. You can walk up to the canal and take the horse drawn barge. This maybe a challenge walk Id you have difficulties.. 1520 mins drive to the Aqua Duct. The city of Wrexham about 30 mins, we managed to get a ticket for the Saturday home game.. BetwsYCoed is worth a visit. Its at the beginning of the Snowdonia national Park with lots of viewing points along the way. A week was not enough and cant wait to come back..

The property was really lovely, spacious, well laid out and had everything we needed except a hairdryer which was surprising. Loved the outdoor space too and the large garden shed room with its own duke box ! It was great to be so near the park, playground, riverside walk and only a short stroll to town centre , canal and railway etc. A great property to get family together to enjoy time away together.

This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had a family get together, the first in over 20 years and the property provided us with everything we could wish for. Very close to town and local attractions, 5 good size bedrooms, a comfortable lounge and a dining area to seat all of us. the Kitchen had every item needed and the whole place was clean and spacious. I marked comfort down by one star as I found my mattress a little to firm for me, a personal thing I know. Thank you very much to the owners a fantastic property

The property was exactly as described and ideal for our large family get together. There were eight adults and two children and we had loads of space. We were able to park all ours cars with plenty of room. It contains everything you need to make your stay really enjoyable. The owner was so helpful in providing extra baby equipment for the youngest member of our party. There are lovely views from the property and a nice outside seating area. The house is ideally situated with just a short walk to all the amenities, such as riverside walk, park, local shops, restaurantscafes and local attractions. We didnt use the car, although there are also many other places to visit within easy driving distance if you want. Would like to thank the owner for making our stay so special. We would love to be able to return next year.

This property has a lovely location and surroundings, so much is in walking distance. A park and river exist to the rear of the property and Aldi and B&M stores within a 5 minute walk. Eateries, takeaways and local shops in town are a also a short walk away. We were a group of 9, 4 adults and 5 children. The room and bathroom layout suited our needs very well. All key utensils and equipment were available to use including the obligatory beer bottle opener. Seating was in abundance given space in the conservatory and living rooms. The owners were supportive on queries and were kind enough to leave a welcome pack of wine. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would seriously consider coming back.

Really lovely home. Great location, with a lovely short walk along the river into town. Back of the home overlooks the park and the river.Lots of space for us to spread out, and the kids all had their own room which they lovedplus good wifi which is so important nowadays, especially with kids in tow. Good that there is parking for 3 cars, especially with it being in the town. Lots of lovely places to eat. Owners very quick to respond to any queries. Only thing that could make it even better is if there was a dryer in the home, but that is the only thing I could think of . We would love to visit again and hope to book again in the near future.
