When we arrived at the caravan, the whole caravan smelled like a pet house, we had to open the windows for a while. The whole sofa and pillows in the living room was filled with pet hair. The freezer door was already broken and no means of contacting the caravan owner to make complain. Not the best experience at all

Great caravan on a lovely site with plenty of facilities for a young family. Great location with easy access to major tourist sites. Would definitely stay again!

Had a family break and used the 3 bedrooms. Caravan was spotless and very room for 5 adults. Loved the little touches from the owner and would definately recommend

The caravan was lovely, clean and very well equipped. The WiFi is the park WiFi not the caravan and is therefore not great. Do think this needs clarification as we travelled with teenagers. We also had an issue with the electric going off and got very little help from Sykes so had to go to reception. For future bookings the location of the trip box should be included in the information as it was a quick fix once we knew where it was.

Excellent caravan, everything you need is there including games we tried with the kids. Really clean, comfortable caravan, felt like a home from home.

The caravan was clean and very well kept. The hamper for us and the treats for our dog was a very nice touch. Everything was provided, except for washing up liquid, because there were no instructions for the dishwasher we had to buy some as we don't have a dishwasher so had no idea how to use it. Overall a beautiful caravan.

Although the caravan had not been cleaned and I could only check in at 3 pm fortunately it wasn't to bad apart from a few dirty towels and the wife had to surface clean the kitchen tops ,my stay was fine and the caravan is in good condition just annoyed to lose all afternoon with the 3 o. Clock check in for no cleaning.

The caravan was as described. Was mostly clean apart from a small stain on a bedsheet. This had been washed but a stubborn stain prehaps. The window blind was missing in the shower room but we used a towel to cover the window. The WiFi wasn't great at times even with paying extra for the WiFi. It did improve as the week went on and less people were about. The smart TV did work for us, again it was depending on the WiFi but mostly worked for us. Overall we were happy with the accommodation. Everything we needed was there. There was adequate plates, glasses, cutlery. Another baking tray might be helpful for the oven. The water was warm and the caravan was comfortable.

7 day holiday in Caravan B8, Never again! Totally embellished listing Biscuits crumbs and badly stained double mattress, No welcoming information regarding entertainment, wifi Pass code etc etc No entertainment passes given,waited 5 days to get them No Wifi pass code given, asked several times for the wifi code and never received it. The Smart Tv was just a TV because we had no WIFI. Towels as promised in the listing were thrown on the floor 3 days after we arrived The constant messages to and from Sykes and the owner were totally futile A Very Aggressive cleaner shouted at me on the day we were leaving because I stupidly wanted to thoughly clean the caravan before we left and I went over the 1000 dead line by 10 minutes. I left it cleaner than when I arrived I have photos to prove this. The holiday was for my special needs daughters birthday. My daughter relies on her laptop for educational and recreational reasons, not having Wifi was extremely disstressing for her. Not having passes for her birthday was also very upsetting. I called the owner and she explained that she and her husband worked full time, they have two children and live over 2 hrs away. The owner told me that the week I paid hundreds of pounds to stay in her caravan was very stressful and distressing for her because it was a new listing and several misstakes were made, she then had the audacity to tell me to inform Sykes of all of the problems so the next people staying wouldn't experience what we had too, unbelievable!! Seagulls are rife on the site so its not surprising that the grass, paths, car lanes and caravans are covered in seagull
