The photos do not do this house justice. Lots of room with great facilities. Large outside space with a couple of fields with paths to walk the dogs. Great place for a large family gathering. Good location for exploring North Wales. We all had a fantastic time.

A lovely house. We were 8 adults and 5 children aged 38. The house and annexe were beautifully equipped, spotlessly clean and big enough to give everyone space. There was a great selection of games equipment and books and games for rainy days . Well located with good access and close to some great beaches.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse, where we celebrated a 50th birthday with family and friends. The house and grounds are absolutely amazing, with stunning countryside surroundings and plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The farmhouse is stylishly decorated while still preserving its lovely period features, giving it both character and comfort. It was perfect for accommodating our large group, with more than enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. Every detail seemed to have been carefully thought about to make the stay enjoyable and stressfree. The house was very well equipped, welcoming, and ideal for spending quality time together. It was the perfect setting for a special celebration, and we would happily stay again and highly recommend it to others.

This house is just fabulous! It has everything you need and more, the setting is just beautiful and the decor of the house is of an amazing standard which makes the stay feel that bit more luxurious! You literally have your own grounds for the stay and it just adds to the enjoyment of having a large private space. 13 of us went raging from the age of 844 and everyone had the best time! The kids were out all the time on the hill using the swings and then wandering around the grounds before settling in the movie room! Getting takeaway delivered to the house was easy and helped on the first night to take the pressure off. The owners of this property are lovely, both welcoming and flexible. We will definitely be coming back here as it is by far one of the best we have been to.

Fron Goch Farm is a beautiful wellequipped property in a fabulous location. From the stunning terrace, the spacious kitchen, the relaxing sitting rooms and the comfortable bedrooms to the luxurious bathrooms, this glorious house wants for nothing. The whole family had a very enjoyable stay here and the owners were very friendly and helpful. We would book again in a flash.

3-Bedroom Farmhouse in Corwen was the destination for our family celebrations for the weekend. The venue did not disappoint us and we found the accommodation clean, comfortable and spacious for our family break. We all enjoyed our time at 3-Bedroom Farmhouse in Corwen with is stunning views and access to nearby facilities. We would definitely look at coming back again.

This is an absolutely stunning place, with everything you could possibly need for a holiday. The house is spacious, very comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The setting is truly lovely rural, peaceful, and completely undisturbed, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Although you do need to drive out for day trips, the location is ideal as a base for exploring in any direction, with lots of interesting places within easy reach. If youre looking for somewhere that combines comfort, tranquillity, and convenience for exploring the area, this place is perfect.

Had a fabulous long weekend stay with 15 family members including a wheelchair user. All enjoyed the peace and quiet of 3-Bedroom Farmhouse in Corwen and facilities. Quality fixturesfurniture and bathrooms throughout. Loved the ping pong table and patio area, although a little windy at times we were lucky to have sunny, dry weather. My recommendation for improvements would be maybe another fridgewe did buy a lot of fresh food although there is a large freezer there and a blind obscure glass for the rear bathroom, but these things did not detract from our stay. We hope to stay here again in the future, many thanks.

The property was excellent, we had members of our family ranging from 1yrs old all the way up to the birthday boy ages 80. All of us had a great time, the view & outside spaces are fantastic & everything inside was brilliant. Thank you for letting us all stay at your beautiful house.

Had a fantastic weekend. Just 3 things. The signage on the main road could be clearer and another sign along the track to the house. A kitchen table that would have sat us all. One last thing a very noisy shower to the left along the corridor.

We had a lovely week long holiday at Fron Goch. Three generations travelled together and were all delighted with the setting, the accomodation and the local area. The house is very spacious so there is lots of room for everyone and it's very cosy and warm. The kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of crockery and cutlery and two dishwashers too so no running out of anything! The kids can roam around outside safely outside and are well catered for with table tennis, table football, monkey bars and swings and the games room too. A gorgeous house and beautiful settling. We would definitely return if we come back to this area again.

The cottage was first class, clean and well accwiped . But a few problems with air locks in the ground floor shower Whitchurch could not be use, in the annex the same with vibrations in the night. The ground floor had no place to hang clothes. Overall I would stay again

Our party of 15 included a 6 year old and an 80 year old. All said this is the best property we have stayed in by far. We have been sharing extended family holidays for a number of years and this proved to be a standout week. The space both inside the house and surrounding the property is a real asset for a large mixed age group. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for a large group. The social areas are very adaptable. The bedrooms are really comfortable. The location is very convenient for the coast attractions of North Wales and the farm house is in a really attractive setting.

We have just spent a wonderful 5th8th July at Fron Goch Farm with our family of 16 ages ranging from 1282 and 3 well behaved dogs. The accommodation is first class set in beautiful surroundings.Large outside area for sitting out playing games etc.Lots of places to visit locally.

Age range 1 to 60. This was an amazing holiday home! Lots of space, living space and bedrooms, plenty of plates and cutlery etc. Everything we could think of to use was there. The garden was nice and open moveable barriers are available if you want to cut off a space or keep children or dogs contained. There was a swing and climbing frame area, football net, plenty of outdoor furniture. There is a games room but we didnt use this as the weather was so good. it was cleaner than previous properties, good entertainment for the kids table tennis, books, board games, good location. There were three families holidaying together grandparents, married daughters and husbands, grandchildren plus 3 dogs. There was plenty of space to dine, watch a movie, play together. But also lots of space to find a quiet corner to read in peace. The owners replied to queries incredibly quickly sometimes within minutes!. I would definitely recommend this holiday home for large groups. You will not be disappointed we will definitely be returning. We love the ethos of the place it is very eco friendly

Had a wonderful stay at Fron Goch. Stayed there over New Year with our family. The home is amazing for a large group of people, the space was great for us all. Warm and cozy as the weather wasnt kind to us on the first few days! Fantastic beds, great showers and everything you could possibly need in the well equipped kitchen. A beautiful property ideal for a large family group of different ages. Any problems we had were swiftly dealt with by the owner.

This was a excellent place to stay! It comfortably accommodated 16 adults for a family birthday. Good kitchen facilities, open log fires with logs to by in the shed. Bats and showers clean and worked well. The location is a bit isolated but that was fine, the scenery was spectacular with lots of walks directly from the house. Thank you

Fron Goch Farm was the perfect property for our extended family vacation. 13 adults and two children spanning 4 generations were easily accommodated. 3-Bedroom Farmhouse in Corwen has been beautifully renovated and the kitchen was brilliantly equipped. We enjoyed being able to cook and eat together. The 2 large sitting rooms, each with a woodburner, were beautifully styled and very comfortable and we used both every evening, relaxing drinking a glass of wine and playing a board game or two. 3-Bedroom Farmhouse in Corwen is in an excellent location and we enjoyed day trips to Conwy Llandudno, and hiking in Snowdonia and the Clwydian Hills. There are a couple of pubs within 1.5 miles and a large supermarket 5 miles away. For any large group looking to spend time in North Wales we would definitely recommend Fron Goch Farm and we hope to return soon to enjoy some more of its magic.

What an absolutely amazingly wonderful place

The stunning Fran Goch Farm, set in the Welsh valleys, is just an absolutely amazing holiday home. We had a party of 13 family members and we all had an incredible time. The size of the house is perfect and meant we all had our own space but could easily eat and socialise together on an evening. The Orangerie was the highlight of the house for us with it's gorgeous wooden beams, and we spent the majority of our time in there. The house is set in a great location with amazing views and it's own hill for the kids to explore with rope swings hidden away at the summit. There is a very nice scenic walk into the village of Llanfair Talhaiarn, which takes about 30 minutes, crossing the river. The village has a couple of lovely pubs with the pub food at the Black Lion being amazing. The location of Fran Goch Farm is perfect and only a 15 to 40 minute journey to most local destinations such as Abergele, Gwrych Castle, Conwy and Llandudno. We would especially recommend a longer journey to Beaumaris, in Anglesey, with it's gorgeous village and moated castle. The only slight downside of our trip was that the broadband to the house is slightly intermittent, and the WiFi to the TV room had issues for a lot of our stay. This was to be expected with the location and size of the house, but meant we couldn't use the TV in the TV room for much of our stay. We also found there to be no WiFi signal in the annex bedrooms but found that there is a 5G WiFi router in the games room which we moved into the annex for the duration of our stay, which was actually then the fastest and most stable connection. Overall, we absolutely loved our trip to Fran Goch Farm and the owner, James, was in communication throughout and happy to help with any issues. We would love to return in the future.

The rooms are expansive and well appointed with numerous seating areas, gorgeous vistas, amazing proportions. Everything you might need and want in a kitchen is there. There is abundant hot water, the beds are perfect and the grounds around the property provide wonderful exploring places for children. Pets are welcome, we were made to feel welcome, the house was gleaming clean. it provided the backdrop to a memorable family vacation.

An amazing place with lots of space to accommodate 11 adults and our four legged friends! Very well equipped, cant rate it highly enough. Sarah was delightful and responded super quick to a couple of queries! A brilliant time was had by all!

I have just had my first family holiday with some of my children and grandchildren together at this gorgeous farmhouse and it was perfect. Plenty of room for adults, grandchildren and dogs. The property is beautiful and the views are stunning. We are already discussing dates to return and i would highly recommend a stay at this farmhouse as it really was just perfect.
