Lovely caravan home to home,had everything you needed. Comfy beds ,large enclosed decking. Lovely site.

Lovely modern caravan spotless proper free standing furniture like home. Comfy bed also large decking area clubhouse indoor pool everything good.Only thing missing was our cockerpoo dog who had to be put down few weeks back

On arrival should have turned right before passing green entrance sign we went passed it into site and then turned right drove around in pouring rain for ages could not find no numbers on vans maybe provide map of site not a good start key instructions perfect parking was at back of van had to walk all way round in pouring rain to get in passed bags over decking better than walking all the way round van was lovely we felt at home spotlessly clean we took toilet rolls tea towels dishcloths etc but was all there so we was impressed The bedding was beautiful and the most comfortable pillows ever we would love them for home sykes advertised it as a king size bed this was not true it actually was a double if not smaller was very quiet weather was appalling which ruined it for us we wanted to go for a drink but they dont accept dogs which meant we couldn't go in and use the facilities we had taken something to eat for 1st night which was good but we was way out to even go get a takeaway it would have been cold the dog walk was brilliant and the views was to die for Overall the van was lovely very homely had everything you needed wasnt sure if we could use air fryer so didn't use it as it was stashed away in cupboard along with toaster was unsure if we was to use or not we did try to use the oven but no instructions and eventually it came on I assume you set it to temp you require and it switches on once it reaches that temp it really needs an instruction leaflet in welcome pack maybe I went onto Google to learn what the symbols all were etc in lovely weather it would have been nice to sit outside but the weather was appalling which couldn't be helped I think overall if you have a dog there was nothing to do as you cannot go have a drink or food so really apart from the dog walk its not that dog friendl

Would stay again, lovely and clean caravan on a beautiful site. Had an issue with the electricity, as I had used too many appliances whilst cooking. Owner sorted this straight away. Might be useful for this information to be shared with guests, to prevent it happening again.

The caravan was lovely and clean. All appliances were of good quality, even the loo rolls and washing up liquid fairy liquid

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Elsie Rose. The caravan was perfectly appointed in a lovely spot on the site. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. We recommend the restaurant for a meal and used the pool once although the water was very cold. We we would definitely consider visiting again in the future.

We were pleasantly surprised at the camp site. The surroundings were so peaceful and it was a lovely caravan. The beds were comfortable and i have to say was one of the most comfortable for me that I have slept in, in a caravan. Beautifully clean and most things were provided. If we had to say anything negative, they are only minor things, we could have done with a serving spoon in the kitchen and the only other thing would be an umbrella or something on the patio as it was lovely but sometimes difficult to get out of the sun. The only other thing, would be more information on where to go, as we got a bit stuck. Sometimes, locals have much more of an idea on things that are not commercialised but beautiful spots. But generally we have nothing bad to say and will definately go again at some point.

Very much enjoyed the Location of Elsie Rose. The Vans were Thoughtfully spaced and afforded privacy when on the Bonus Wrap around decking complete with gate. Felt very Safe with my Dog travelling Solo. 40M from the enclosed dog field. The Hedge meant no visible thoroughfare should your dog be Reactive to passers by and allowed a peaceful private Area to sit. Parking behindside of van, under a mature tree. South facing, so Sunshine from early morning to late evening with 2 generous seating areas & 1 set of Outdoor furniture. Would benefit from a parasol, given the exceptional weather this Summer. The Van was exceptionally clean, with Quality Fixtures & Fittings. The Beds were made up on arrival. Towel Tea towels are not provided. Sykes please amend your Email conf to guests to Ensure accuracy. The KS bed was very comfortable. There was F.liquid, T.Tissue, Dish cloth & Scourer. A selection of Instant Cappucino style coffee sachets & Teabags for an immediate cuppa. Full fridge freezer, which is also not indicated in Description. No shop on site but a well stocked & large Coop in Ruthin, 2 miles en route to The park. All in all a lovely van, with complete peace & quiet, affording a thoroughly reenergising break with lots of woodland mature trees Internet had a New Router with new Instructions in van. All TV channels were accessible. I would not hesitate to return.

Lovely Caravan, very clean The only 4 problems we found were The booking stated towels provided they weren't so we had to buy some. The hoover was blocked so wouldn't pick up as I like to clean up before we leave. The bin is tiny and fits nothing in. There was only one small fan and was 37 degrees, to the point it was that unbearable we left a night early as we had 2 dogs who were struggling. Will stay again but not with the dogs
