Lovely Caravan, very clean The only 4 problems we found were The booking stated towels provided they weren't so we had to buy some. The hoover was blocked so wouldn't pick up as I like to clean up before we leave. The bin is tiny and fits nothing in. There was only one small fan and was 37 degrees, to the point it was that unbearable we left a night early as we had 2 dogs who were struggling. Will stay again but not with the dogs

We were pleasantly surprised at the camp site. The surroundings were so peaceful and it was a lovely caravan. The beds were comfortable and i have to say was one of the most comfortable for me that I have slept in, in a caravan. Beautifully clean and most things were provided. If we had to say anything negative, they are only minor things, we could have done with a serving spoon in the kitchen and the only other thing would be an umbrella or something on the patio as it was lovely but sometimes difficult to get out of the sun. The only other thing, would be more information on where to go, as we got a bit stuck. Sometimes, locals have much more of an idea on things that are not commercialised but beautiful spots. But generally we have nothing bad to say and will definately go again at some point.

Very much enjoyed the Location of Elsie Rose. The Vans were Thoughtfully spaced and afforded privacy when on the Bonus Wrap around decking complete with gate. Felt very Safe with my Dog travelling Solo. 40M from the enclosed dog field. The Hedge meant no visible thoroughfare should your dog be Reactive to passers by and allowed a peaceful private Area to sit. Parking behindside of van, under a mature tree. South facing, so Sunshine from early morning to late evening with 2 generous seating areas & 1 set of Outdoor furniture. Would benefit from a parasol, given the exceptional weather this Summer. The Van was exceptionally clean, with Quality Fixtures & Fittings. The Beds were made up on arrival. Towel Tea towels are not provided. Sykes please amend your Email conf to guests to Ensure accuracy. The KS bed was very comfortable. There was F.liquid, T.Tissue, Dish cloth & Scourer. A selection of Instant Cappucino style coffee sachets & Teabags for an immediate cuppa. Full fridge freezer, which is also not indicated in Description. No shop on site but a well stocked & large Coop in Ruthin, 2 miles en route to The park. All in all a lovely van, with complete peace & quiet, affording a thoroughly reenergising break with lots of woodland mature trees Internet had a New Router with new Instructions in van. All TV channels were accessible. I would not hesitate to return.
