When we arrived the caravan spotless. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was included. Beds made up, towels on the beds which was great to walk into. The owner was very contactable when having a query how to turn radiators off because it was so warm in the van, very helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend this van.

This caravan is NOT clean , we found toenail clipping beside the bed and everything was covered in a layer of grease which had dirt and hair stuck to it . Needless to stay we cut our holiday short , we tried to put up with it because we had children with us who thought they were getting a holiday but the more we looked the worse it got . Disgusted to say the least !!!! .

Great place to visit My mum struggled abit due to not being able to walk very good but very adequate for what we needed, ramp was a bonus for my mum. Caravan site was absolutely spotless would highly recommend this site.

There was a distinct lack of electric sockets. This was my only issue.

Pleasant caravan. Enjoyed our stay

We had a lovely time

Lovely caravan on a fab quiet family friendly site, we are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids 2 of which are teenagers and 2 of which are toddlers and we had the most lovely break here the caravan was great everything we needed it was so homely and only a stones throw from the beach, everything we needed for an action packed break could be found just a short walk from the site in towyn nobody was ready to come home we will definitely book again

A comfortable caravan, just a short walk from the sea and coastal path, over the railway crossing, easy to get to and good to be able to park right next to the caravan. An issue with the hot water on our first morning was very speedily dealt with. Plenty to do within 30 minutes drive.

My wife and I and our small dog had a two week stay from the 5th June onwards. The caravan catered for all our needs plus more! The decent size fridgefreezer was a massive bonus along with all the other equipment provided. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay, and along with the reasonable price would highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your holiday space. Kind regards, Martin and family.

I arrived on Monday 1st June to the property with my 1year old cockapoo. On entering the property I noticed the welcome mat by the door was covered in long pet hairs. As I walked around the property I noticed that the mat by the sink was also dirty. After putting my case down I decided to walk around the property, to my disgust all the flooring and carpets were covered in long pet hair. The cupboards and ceiling in the kitchen area were dirty with stains on them, the draining board by the sink was also dirty. I checked the kettle and microwave, again to my horror it was dusty and had not been cleaned. At this point I was very worried! I checked the living area and the tv, tv stand and dvd player were covered in thick dust! The light fittings in the kitchen area again, were covered in thick dust! I went to check the bedrooms, to my disgust yet again the carpets were filthy and covered in long hairs! I then checked the shower room and toilet room. The shower and the sink in that room were covered in hairs! The toilet to my horror was not clean and covered in hairs and dry urine around the rim! I checked under the toilet to find trails of dry urine underneath dripped to the floor! I wanted to come home straight away but decided to stay the night and not drive another 2 and half hours back home but to rest and leave the next day! I did not unpack my things. I slept fully clothed on the sofa as I did not dare to enter and sleep in the bedrooms! The next day after getting breakfast off site I packed my car and left for home. This should of been a relaxing 3night stay for me and my pup, but turned out to be a horror from the start. I can honestly say it is the dirtiest most unhygienic place I have ever stayed. I put a complaint in to the website that same day and have requested to be refunded for my 2 nights that I did not stay for! Unfortunately I am unable to upload any picturesvideos that I took of the property on this review which to me is unfair to anyone thinking of staying as the pictures shown by the website do not give a true reflection of the horrors awaiting you when you arrive.

The accommodation was very comfortable & well equipped. Caravan is on a nice well kept site & only a short drive to many destinations in North Wales.

Very clean & comfortable caravan. Nice decking area at the front to sit with a drink Kitchen area even had an air Fryer Central heating kept it warm on the odd cold day Camp site was quiet & clean & close to Rhyl & Towyn for supermarkets & attractions Owner was friendly and helpful

Caravan was very clean, the bed was comfortable, we liked that the shower and toilet was separate. The only thing was would have preferred a gate on the veranda because of the dog.

We had a lovely stay caravan had everything we needed, loved how close to the beach we was lovely walks, beds very very comfortable too. Great stay

Nice accommodation, great base for all local attractions and value for money, I would recommend it to my friends.

3rd time staying there clean near beach loved it good value for money

Great van nice and clean quite site good walks along sea wall with dogs.

We really enjoyed staying in Jeanss caravan. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need and the bed was so comfortable I could have taken it home.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a lovely stay beds where extremely comfortable and bedding was excellent and white and clean and it was exactly as the pictures and the read up says it was less than 5 minutes to access beach good for out dogs. Was in a lovely quiet area and was well kept

A lovely, clean and well presented accommodation that had plenty of space and everything we needed.

Excellent exactly as described and perfect for our needs. Very comfortable. The smart TV and WiFi worked perfectly, and the onsite restaurant was superb.

Really lovely, cosy and clean home. We had a wonderful stay here. Thank you so much x

Another lovely stay in one of Jean's caravans.

Lovely little caravan. Very clean and tidy. The caravan site was lovely and quiet. Not the biggest of rooms, bedroom but does show you on the pictures. Shower was good. Well stocked kitchen. All nice and clean. Had a peaceful stay. Great for just relaxing.

The caravan was very nice and comfortable but unfortunately, it was not as well maintained as we'd have liked. We found several large clumps of hair in the bedrooms and the seal on the shower screen was broken and kept falling off. The site is lovely and in a good location close to the beach, but contrary to the description, trains were running overnight. Luckily they were fairly quiet and did not cause any disruption. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to queries.

Had a lovely stay caravan had everything needed, a clothes maid or similar would have been useful though. Made use of both balconies small but more than enough space. Wasn't an issue with the train line beening close by. Would stay there again.

Had a lovely holiday and the caravan was immaculate when we arrived. Good sized van with a big shower which is unusual from our experience of caravans. Had everything we needed, kitchen very well equipped. Nice to have the small area to sit outside on the front of the van. The site was beautifully kept and extremely quiet even having the railway line close did not have any impact as the trains are very quiet and not frequent. Nice being so close to access to the beach as well. Access to the site and the van was very simple but very secure. Would highly recommend this caravan and the site.

Only my wife & I occupied this caravan B15 and we found ithe bedrooms very cramped . You have barley enough room to get in & out of bed in the large bedroom. I think you would struggle to accommodate two adults & two children in this accommodation you would have extreme difficulty with any more . The lounge & dining area is not large enough to for a family. The balcony areas are just a waste of time both areas are extremely small And the doors open outwards only two chairs & a small table is provided if you want to sit outside . We decided to cut short our break after 4 nights due to the lack of bedroom & balcony space.

Very nice time
