Mount House is a three-storey holiday home with a single-storey annex in Bryniau, Denbighshire. This spacious property sits on gated grounds just 4 miles from Prestatyn on the North Wales coast. The main house offers seven bedrooms while the Lily Pad Annex provides additional privacy with its own king-size bedroom and living space.

You're perfectly placed to explore Snowdonia National Park and the Clwydian Range. The village of Dyserth sits 1.2 miles away with its waterfall and two pubs. Chester and Victorian Llandudno make excellent day trips from this countryside base.

The main house sleeps up to 16 across seven en-suite bedrooms. Two family rooms each contain three singles. Ground floor options include a king-size and double. Upstairs you'll find super-king and king-size rooms plus two doubles. The annex adds a king-size bedroom with sofa bed and underfloor heating.

Rhaeadr Dyserth Waterfall is nearby. Conwy Castle (20 miles, 35 minutes) and the Welsh Mountain Zoo (18 miles, 30 minutes) make great days out.

Our stay at Mount House was amazing. Jackie & Peter were amazing hosts. We were celebrating my 70th Birthday and had our whole family of 11adults and 4 grandchildren staying with us. The accommodation was perfect and had sufficient excellent ensuites and facilities that made everyone happy and feel at home. The outside granny flat was also a huge plus. One evening we employed a private chef and his comments was also that it was well equipped and most suitable for a formal sit down dinner. We were able to BBQ and eat outside on a number of occasions. The weather played ball and the positioning of Mount House on top of a hill for walks, proximity to the beaches and tourist attractions was a real plus. Fully recommend the Mount House for any large gathering .

What a beautiful house, gardens and the gorgeous LilyPad cottage in the garden, you are just truly spoilt all round. The decor of all the rooms are all so thought out. We stayed for a 60th birthday celebration over a weekend and had such an amazing time, we were a family of 18 aged from 6 mths to 82 years old. The games room was brilliant and the hot tub was loved by all. We will definitely return in the future. Jackie and Peter were amazing hosts and made you feel so welcome.

Mount House was perfect for a multigenerational holiday in a beautiful part of Wales. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable there was plenty of space to spread out but also come together for meals and socialising. The location is very peaceful.

I booked Mount House for my wife's 50th Birthday Weekend so we could celebrate with family and friends. When we arrived at the house we were met by Jackie the owner who was really welcoming and showed us around her beautiful house. The facilities are excellent and they have thought of absolutely everything you would need , including the lovely welcome pack which along with the basics of milk and butter were some delicious Welsh Cheeses and other treats including two bottles of fizz. They had even gone to the effort of getting a 50th balloon and writing a lovely welcome card. We were also fortunate to drop on great weather for the whole weekend which gave us the opportunity to make full use of the Jacuzzi in the evening, but also some of the great walks around the area. I highly recommend this place. Also the communication from Jackie was spot on and not at all overbearing. Thank You very much from us all.

If you are looking for a property with welcoming owners who live nearby then this is the one. The Welcome food and drinks left in the fridges were Up Market and had been thoughtfully provided. The Hot Tub is a fantastic feature with all the bells and whistles. The Games room had a table tennis table which everyone enjoyed playing on. There is a windy road leading up to the house which you soon get used to. Plenty of car parking spaces . The Lily Pad annex is a lovely addition to the main house and even has a view of the sea in the distance..We were a group of varying ages from 6 years to 96 years and there are a good variety of different rooms to suit all. A shout out to Jackie and Peter who take enormous pride in ensuring their guests are happy and respond quickly to any issues.

Me and my family, we stayed at Mouse House for a extended weekend away from Friday to Monday. Upon arrival Jackie and Peter where wonderful, they showed us around and had even given us a welcome pack filled with snacks and fruit and drinks which Jackie provided us with based on our dietary needs which she asked me about before our arrival. Our whole stay was wonderful, the house was clean and had everything we needed and any time we had an issue or wasn't sure about something, we could text Jackie and she would get back to us fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice house for a large group of people 1820 people. The property is amazing and the owners are a treat to deal with. I know we would definitely love to go back if we decided to go back to that side of Wales in the future.
