Shelley went over and above to help create the perfect setting for a 70th birthday retirement setting. She went the extra mile to ensure the cake was in place, with banners and balloons. The house is absolutely gorgeous, lots of room for a large family get together. The outdoor facilities was also exceptional, hot tub, bar, bbq, seating would highly recommend. Thank you.

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful holiday home we knew we were in for a great weekend. Having spoken to Shelly and Pete prior to arriving they had sent over the welcome brochure and let us know any further info we needed before arriving which was so helpful. The accommodation cannot be faulted . It was so spacious, clean and just had everything we needed for our holiday. We loved the hot tub and the outdoor bar whilst the dogs loved playing in the garden . It was so nice to know the garden was safe and secure so the dogs could play. The bedrooms and bathrooms were huge and the house was so close to the high street and beach. My family had the best time making special memories at this accommodation and cannot wait to come back in the summer in the warm weather . Thank you so much Shelly & Pete this was definitely one of our favourites places we have ever stayed .

This property and its owners were absolutely brilliant. The property was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The owners were very communicative and just extremely lovely people. They even left me a gorgeous birthday basket full of gifts, a balloon and a card. From booking to after our stay they were on hand the help in any way they could. All 10 of our guests could not praise the house and the owners enough.

This is an outstanding property. Set in an ideal and quiet location it is beautifully presented, extremely comfortable, spacious and well equipped.. The hosts made us all feel most welcome. We will definitely return!

Beautiful home, in great location. Easy walking distance to the town shops train station and only a little further to the beach. Great area to explore the rest of North Wales from. The house is very tastefully decorated and to a very high standard. Great communication with owners. The 3 teenage boys we had with us loved having the top floor and all being able to sleep in the same room together. We had a fabulous few days stay. Highly recommend this property.

Shelley and Pete, the owners, were so helpful, they helped me arrange a buffet to be collected , they picked up a cake for me and had it ready for our arrival. They decorated the summer house with birthday banners and a 60th birthday balloon. Nothing was too much trouble. We were a party of 8 adults and 2 dogs. The house was perfect for a little family celebration. Everything you need is in the house. The beds are so comfy. A big thank you to Shelley and Pete, we will definitely book again if youll have us. Apologies for the floors, we did brush them but by the time we left they needed doing again. We also forgot to clean the wood burner. Thanks again. One of the best Sykes properties we have stayed in.

What an amazing house. There were 8 adults ,1 five year old , 2 infants and 2 golden retrievers.There was so much space for everyone, having a play room for the infants, a games room , large hot tub and the garden cabin we could want for nothing more.Great enclosed garden for the dogs to play. The standard of the house was amazing, ,the bathrooms were quite unbelievable. We book a family weekend every year and always go to a different house but I think we will return next year .

This property I amazing. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into making it an extremely comfortable place to stay. We went as a family group of 8 people. There was plenty of space and lots of separate spaces should you want to break off from the group. The outdoor space is great. We spent many an evening sat outside and made use of the hot tub as much as we could.

What an amazing property it had everything we needed and more. The location was good with plenty of parking. The house is ideal for a family holiday with good facilities & loads of space for everyone. We had a lovely stay & would recommend to friends & family.

A beautifully appointed spacious house. Perfect for our family of 7 adults, 3 children and dog. We enjoyed plenty of our own space in addition to great family time not only in the house but in the hot tub and summer house. The house is situated in a lovely quiet residential area close to the town centre. Very clear and comprehensive instructions provided re check in check out and house rules. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to any large group visiting the Prestatyn area.

A beautiful place. Facilities were amazing. Only downside was that one of the neighbours complained about the noise at 730 in the evening. Given that we had young children there and it was a bright sunny day so they were playing in the garden, I thought this was harsh. Other than that the place was amazing.

Fantastic properly , well appointed property with everything you need. The decor and level of detail that has been put into the house is fantastic. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

The property was finished to a high standard , with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable break! The outdoor hot tub & bar were a great addition for us all ! Everything has been well thought out & we all had an amazing time ! The owners were great & left personal touches on arrival!

Absolutely amazing property with everything you need and more for a fabulous stay. Everything has been carefully thought out in this property. There is so much space for a large family with great room sizes, comfortable beds. From blankets so that dogs can sit on the sofa, to a stair gate so dogs, or small children can't climb the stairs. The top floor for children is amazing, a real hangout space for them. The playroom for young children is great too, although we didn't need that space. Outside is a lovely enclosed garden which is a real sun trap. There are sunbeds with cushions. Lovely tables with heaters and a hot tub. The sunroombar area at the top of the garden is fantastic too, then a hot tub which is a great size. Just a short walk to the town centre and beach. I would highly recommend this property, it has so much to offer for a great stay.

Weve just returned from an amazing week at Hafan Y Mor, and we can't recommend it enough! We were lucky to be the first guests, and every little detail was thoughtfully planned. The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped, there were games for both adults and kids, and even a playroom for the little ones! Multiple TVs throughout the house allowed our large group to spread out without any arguments about what to watch. The cozy log burner in the living room was a lovely touch, too. The hot tub was an added bonus, along with the outdoor bar area. We had great weather, so we made full use of the outdoor spaces, including the tables with a lovely gas fire feature. Our puppy dog was well catered for with blankets for the downstairs sofa, and the garden was securely fenced with a large lawn for them to run around. The house also has two large baths, so Id recommend bringing a bath bomb to relax! Two of the firstfloor bedrooms had their own walkin wardrobes and en suites, meaning the other rooms could share the master bathroomno queues for showers in the mornings! The third floor is beautifully laid out with a games and entertainment area, which leads to a cosy apartmentlike room with three single beds, a toilet, and a shower. The teenager in our group absolutely loved it! Its just a short walk to local shops, pubs, and restaurants, with the nearest beach a little further on. The beach is perfect for kids and dogs, with plenty of things to do. Shelley and Peter went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, and they were the perfect hosts. We highly recommend this place and would love to visit again. Thank you so much!!
