This place is ideal for family get togethers away from the madding crowd, spacious, quiet & welcoming.

Absolutely amazing property. We were a family of 8 with age ranges from 65 8 and we all loved it and didn't want to leave. For me there were 2 things I wish were there 1 handrails on the staircases both staircases were quite difficult for some of us to manage because one is curved and the other quite steep. 2 a separate oven or airfryer I've never used an Aga and didn't realise how much longer they take and when cooking for a large family it made things tricky with what we could have. Apart from that we would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a stunning break away from home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tywysog. It is a fabulous property in a great location. Checkin and checkout were easy and hasslefree. The house is close to both Snowdonia National Park and the coast, with plenty of activities nearby. We would highly recommend it to others!

A beautiful house and setting, with excellent owners. Our family had a wonderful time, with 7 adults and two children. We have been 3 times and will be back!

A fantastic weekend away was had by all. Everyone enjoyed themselves without a doubt. The property has everything you could need. The Chrismas trees and decorations were really appreciated. Just what we wanted. Most of the rooms offer spacious, comfortable surroundings. The kitchen is huge and well equipped. There is an AGA for cooking. If your not used to one of these, just keep an eye on what you are cooking. There is also a 4 ring electric hob which you can use. We managed to cook a large Christmas dinner with success. The turkey cooked in the AGA. The two living rooms are great if you want to escape from the crowds. There was 11 of us. The rooms are warm and comfortable once the heating kicks in. The benefits of the wood burner and oil burner gave a lovely setting. The majority of the bedroom's are spacious and comfortable. The stairs are quite steep, so not really good if you struggle with stairs. The little ones certainly liked the outside area, more so the small stream running to the front of the property. Despite it being December, they got their feet wet on more than one occasion. It was great to see them out and about and doing something other than sitting with a device in their hands. Anything you forget and might need to replenish, Denbigh offers you a choose of retail stores, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl. There not to far to travel to. Our first night, we had pizza delivered to the house. Details can be found in the folder. The host can supply additional wood for the log burner at a really good price. We couldn't fault our stay and would certainly stay again. Some great memories made.

A beautiful, spacious property that was clean and wellmaintained. The owners thoughtfully ensured it was warm upon arrival thank you! The welcome basket was a lovely touch. The log fires added so much coziness to the space. We had a bit of a learning curve with the Aga oven, as were more accustomed to a conventional one, but thats just a minor note. Overall, thank you for a wonderful experience we made some beautiful memories here!

The house was excellent. Very big comfortable The kitchen was a dream plenty of room.even for 10 people.i will be coming back you had everything you need so don't even have to leave.you are not bothered by anyone.but the host's are on the end of the phone.the only problem is the pub is a drive away or taxi .it's very relaxing the holiday was a dream see you again thank you.

It was a joy to spend time at Tywysog as the house was perfect for our needs. There were 12 of us, all family members, ranging from under a year to nearly 70 years. The house was almost big enough to meet all our needssome of the young children need their own bedrooms so we had to accommodate that. All the appliances worked and we especially enjoyed the kitchen with a table big enough to seat us all comfortably. We had a 40th birthday during our stay so the lounges were useful for that.

Loved this property 7 adults 3 children and a 16month old in Feb half term 2024. A surprisingly warm and very cosy house. All the facilities you could wish for, Ffion & Rhodri are very friendly and approachable hosts. Location was brilliant between 30 & 40 minuted to Rhyl Conway Betws YCoed & Colwyn Bay

We stayed at Tywysog for a long weekend as a family group to celebrate our daughter's 40th birthday. The house was fantastic, spotlessly clean, spacious and the owners had thought of and provided everything we needed for a fabulous stay, including a much appreciated welcome pack. On first entering the property you come across the kitchen which is huge and a real wow factor, including the Aga which provided a lovely warm welcome and toasty morning breakfasts, a real hub of the house. All of the bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and perfectly presented, the bathrooms were spotlessly clean and warm. There was ample space for everyone to really chill out across the two living rooms and enjoy fun times in the games room. We had a great stay, lots of family time, one to remember, thank you.

Fantastic house which was so clean and tidy in a stunning location with lovely owner. We were delighted when we arrived as its more impressive in person than in the photos which was a lovely surprise as the pics were pretty impressive . The kitchen had everything we needed including BBQ. Slight issue with one shower which the owner sorted promptly and we could only get one TV to work properly however this wasnt an issue for us and we had the best time and would love to stay here again. 1010 from the Rush family xx

House was excellent for what we needed. Kitchen is a superb space for hosting with most time spent in this area. Hosts very welcoming and in an excellent part of the country. Denbigh town also has great places to visit.

This is an amazing property for families or friends to stay. Sitting round the kitchen table with my all my children and grandchildren was like a dream come true. Couldnt recommend this property enough.

We had a fantastic holiday made even better with the glorious weather, . The property exceeded our expectations, all the rooms were large especially the massive living kitchen in which we all spent a lot of time, it was a family holiday ranging 4 years to the 70s and everyone had a great time from playing in the games room and the table tennis room to the older members relaxing in either lounge in the evening, beautiful garden with seating was used lots soaking up the sunshine, a welcome tray with milk, coffee, eggs etc. was a nice surprise, the owner was very friendly , when the shower had a broken part he fixed it straight away .

The house was comfortable and well equipped. The owners were very kind to show us the calves feeding. Everything was great. The rest are minor points for future reference the house would benefit from a downstairs loo, one of the double beds could be zip&link so can be separated as twin beds. On an even more minor note a toast rack would be good! But as I said, the house and location are wonderful, and we enjoyed ourselves immensely

We really enjoyed our stay at Tywysog, the house is large, comfortable and welcoming. There is a really peaceful atmosphere there and we felt at home right away. There are plenty of things to do within an hour's drive from here and the countryside around the house is beautiful, it was nice to explore and sit outside when it was sunny. We would really recommend others to stay here.

Tywysog is a beautiful location and house. It has everything you need to cater for a large gathering. We had a lovely stay, finding everything we needed. The owners are on site and are so helpful, whilst leaving you to enjoy your stay in privacy. The stairs are steep and both bathrooms are upstairs so it's not a house for those with any mobility issues. The log fires were very welcome during our stay in January as its a big house and difficult to heat. The kitchen had every single cooking pan and instrument we needed for our meals and cooking on an aga was a new experience. The broadband was good when we arrived but a storm caused it to stop working. The owners supplied a Vodafone dongle and I managed to work from this for a couple of days. The 4g signal is quite good on site if a bit patchy in the house.

The pictures don't do this house justice. It is a lot nicer and bigger than it looks on all the photos. It's so peaceful where it is. Don't forget to arrive fully stocked with food and drink as it's a good 20mins drive from anywhere to stock up on things like that. There is plenty of storage in the house for all of your. The owners who live on the farm next door are such nice people and couldn't do enough to help us in anything we needed. I can't recommend this home highly enough. We stayed for my wifes 40th and there were 10 of us in total. My little boy loved it because he could play hide and seek in the big house. He also loved the little playroom. All the adults raved about the property.

Beautiful house lovely setting everything there that you could need

The perfect getaway for a large family, even more so after the restrictions of the last year. Everything was larger than expected, as soon as we entered the kitchen, we knew we'd made the right choice, the heart of the house. Great for families, the children loved it, their own 'snug' with TV and sofa, as well as 2 other huge lounges. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable. The setting is spectacular, ideal for relaxing. Again the kids loved it and could explore, the perfect adventure for them. All the resorts are in easy reach. The week flew past, a great holiday!

My only fault with this lovely house was a lack of a ground floor bathroom. At 75 years old I found it a nuisance having to go up stairs to the toilet. There was 10 of us and just 2 bathrooms. The house and surroundings are lovely. We had a really thoughtful greetings pack, which was lovely when we arrived, also very thoughtful, milk in the fridge. We had a lovely stay. Many thanks.
