Dyserth sits several hundred feet above sea level, four miles from Prestatyn. The 70-foot Dyserth waterfall cascades directly opposite the building. Moel Hiraddug slopes above the village and holds pre-Roman hill fort ruins. The area is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The apartment sleeps four across two bedrooms. Both super-king-size beds convert to twins on request. One bedroom has an en-suite with shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The second bathroom has a bath with shower over. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
