The Courtyard Cottage Reviews

Christine
My friend and I have recently returned from a weeks stay in this lovely cottage. The cottage was clean and very well equipped with everything and more that you would need. The beds were super comfortable and all is so quiet . The cottage is set right in the heart of the town with everything right on your doorstep , and has your own little courtyard which is a suntrap in the mornings . John the owner popped by to see if we needed anything or any information etc. A really lovely man , so pleasant , informative and helpful. We will be returning to this gem of a cottage .
We had a lovely break at Courtyard Cottage. The cottage has everything you need and the owner is on hand for any queries you may have. He was really helpful with letting us know where there were nice dog walks and local amenities. the car needs to be parked in the courtyard but because of the amount of plant pots, although beautiful, you cant shut the sliding gate and once the car is in there is no room to sit outside. We also had some issues with being blocked in out by neighbouring builders but this is temporary and no reflection of the owner. All the issues were rectified swiftly by the builders. All in all we had a very comfortable stay and would return.
My wife and I stayed for 5 nights, with our dog. Perfect location for a relaxing few days. An issue with parking initially but sorted straight away by John, the host. The enclosed courtyard was ideal for Rosie, our staffy. Everything you needed in the cottage. We went out in the car one day otherwise it remained where it where, as everything was on our doorstep. Walks, places to eat, visit etc
Great cottage in a super location which was very well equipped. Thanks for an excellent stay.
Rebecca

Pauline

Top Location! Cottage is set just behind main shops right in the heart of Llangollen,Cottage had everything you need for a short or long stay, including a private parking space at rear of cottage ! The courtyard is a small quaint private area ideal for a Pet cos of the secure sliding door or if your lucky to get morning sunshine well its a suntrap from 91pm you will bake. John the owner met us lovely guy went through all things that require instruction! If you ask me would we stay again well in a heartbeat top stay top location top cottage mixture of traditional and modern 910 Johnnot the owner haha!
John was an exceptional host of this delightful and well equipped spacious cottage. Very central with places to eat and shops within walking distance. My only criticism is that when I had a query I did not hear back from the agent, Sykes. All dealings with the owner were excellent. He really made our stay with helpful tips and his friendly manner. Highly recommended this cottage.
Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the cottage, had everything we needed, upstairs lounge was a bonus, would not hesitate to go back.
