The Sigma Penthouse Reviews

Where to start, Sigma is simply stunning. Large, spacious, clean so well appointed there was everything you could possibly need. The musical connection to the Alarm and Mike Peters is so perfect, and we also had the pleasure of meeting his inspirational wife and hugely talented sons. We were made to feel so welcome and will definitely be coming back. Simon, Dee and Jeanie

The Sigma Penthouse was an amazing apartment with an extremely high standard of finish. Everything was just perfect and waking up daily to the sound of the waterfall was pretty magical. Meeting Jules was a privilege and she was an amazing host. The Red next door is a must visit too. Cannot recommend this place enough as it was wonderful.
We stayed at The Sigma Penthouse with our children and parents and had a fantastic time. The location is ideal, with the waterfall right across the road. It's an idyllic setting and also provided a small adventure for our boys to explore the falls and nearby caves! The penthouse itself is beautifully decorated, stylish, and very comfortable, with lots of character from the chapel conversion and music memorabilia. It had everything we needed for a family stay and felt like a really special place to come back to each day. Dyserth itself is a lovely village with some great local spots the Red Caf does excellent coffee and cake, while The New Inn serves really good food. Its also a great base for getting out to other parts of North Wales, with the coast and countryside both within easy reach. Gail and Jules were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. Overall, The Sigma Penthouse is a fantastic place to stay wed happily return and would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere special in North Wales. Pete, Siobhan & family
Beautiful property, friendly management would highly recommend staying here

We really enjoyed our stay at Sigma very comfortable and stylish! I would definitely recommend it. Especially special for music fans, with the various memorabilia and particularly so for fans of The Alarm. Lots to see in the area, and Friday night at The Red is not to be missed. The WiFi is slow at times in the apartment, and it dropped out entirely one evening, which also affected the TV.
We had a great stay at Sigma penthouse. Top facilities throughout and a friendly welcome. The cafebar was brilliant too.
Lovely stay in a well eqipped, stylish apartment. The 80's memorabilia was a great addition and as my husband is an 80's man it was ideal. Owners were very welcoming. Lovely setting opposite the waterfall and great base to explore the North Coast. Would definately recommend a stay here.
We greatly enjoyed our stay in the Sigma Penthouse. Though the weather was less than good the penthouse, with its spacious open plan living area, was a lovely place to chill. We particularly liked the sky balcony with its view of the waterfall across the road and the massive sofa saved the usual arguments of who sat where. All in all it made our holiday and we will definitely rebook.
Nicola
Just returned from a 4 day stay! The property and the area were stunning. Not a bad word to say.The owners were very welcoming and couldnt do enough for us. Dave who lives on site was lovely and very welcoming! Would definitely return again to the penthouse suite. Lovely base for exploring the surrounding areas. All the best to Mike, Jules, Dylan and Evan. Thank you
Superb property and location with friendly accommodating staff. Had a great weekend!
Jonathan
What a fantastic property with a stunning location for access to a range of beaches and attractions nearby. We stayed with our family and the accommodation easily housed the 6 of us. The views of the waterfall opposite and the clever windows that opened into a balcony were a nice touch. Well equipped and extremely spacious. I loved the music decoration and the guitar was perfect for jam in the evening! Just perfect, we will be back!
Lovely modern place and plenty big enough for 6 adults. Would go back. Loved the 80s memorabilia. Stunning views and the balconies were a brilliant idea. Would dedicatedly go back
How do you sum up Sigma Penthouse in 7 words. An oasis of calm, peace and tranquility. Or it was until we accidentally set off the fire alarm. But the response from the fire service and Gail the manager was excellent. Both on site in minutes. We're so sorry. We would definitely book again, if they will have us back
The apartment exceeded all of our expectations. Very relaxing apartment with amazing views of the waterfall. Perfect location for walking, with lots of views across the whole of North Wales. This is definitely a property we will return to, much more to explore.
Great location, quirky apartment with lots of character. Loved the fold out window balconies, what a great idea. We'll be back next year.
The Sigma Penthouse is a fantastic place with high spec decor. The service manager Gail was fantastic, she met us on arrival explaining all about the apartment and the area. Had a chat with the owner Jules she was great also. Hope to return in the very near future. Cheers.
Lovely apartment super clean great manager with great communication.
Nicola
Amazing apartment. Very high spec. The whole family were impressed and really enjoyed their stay. It was relaxing listening to the waterfall from the balcony. We would definitely go back and recommend to others.
Rebekah
We loved our stay so comfortable, beautifully decorated and furnished and music memorabilia to treasure looking at, fantastic sofa and bath. The lighting was great too. We cannot recommend this place enough. The kids loved the window seat and the little snug and the sound of the waterfall opposite was amazing. The manager and local resident gardener stunning garden were wonderful friendly and helpful
Had a lovely stay at The Sigma penthouse, good setting, great accommodation, very clean, and with a feel of luxury. Gail the manager was very helpful and gave us just the right amount of advice about the area. unusually for us, we would like to return as it was so good.
Sigma Pent House was absolutely fabulous, its in a beautiful location and and has fantastic scenery all around. Plus a very friendly pub within a couple of minutes walk where they served superb food. Would love to say it was a home from home, but honestly it was even better !! Everything we could have wished for and more. Site Manager Gail was so pleasant, friendly, and helpful explaining anything we needed to know about the property, aswell as giving suggestions of places to visit. We travelled last minute as a family of 6, having just has a holiday to Holland cancelled whilst on route to the port of Hull thank you P&O but finding this little gem more than made up for any of our earlier disappointment. I was honestly amazed that this stunning property was available to book at such short notice, but we were all so glad it was. I could continue to sing the praises of this stunning property but don't want to find its fully booked all year round as we certainly want to return.
We would definitely stay here again !
There was a lack of hanging drawers space in the bedrooms. Only a bedside table on both sides of the bed in one room. Most annoying was the lack of mirrors in the bathroom or bedroom in the first bedroom. Apart from that and the two flights of stairs which could be difficult for the elderly and should be mentioned in the advert we had a lovely time and found the accommodation really nice and special.
