Plas Coch Reviews

Our family of 8 adults and 2 children spent 3 nights at this stunning house for new year. Couldn't fault it whatsoever, it had everything we needed, a well equipped beautiful modern kitchen with amazing appliances, a cosy lounge with log fire and a dinning room with a huge table that seated us all, 5 ensuite bedrooms. The whole of this property was spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully throughout, the hottub was the best we've ever had. The host was lovely and brought us fresh scones, jam and milk from the farm next door, a nice touch, Thank you! Would we come back? Absolutely! Highly recommend!
Richard
The location and venue afforded us a very restful weekend break. A particular attraction was the high quality Hot Tub in a sheltered patio. The welcome package of fresh baked scones were enjoyed with our first meal there. Thank for the opportunity to stay at Plas Coch.
Danielle
I book this gorgeous house for 12 ladies to use as a fitness weekend, we workout outside at the side of the house and then relax, eat and get to know each other inside the house and in the hot tub, the house layout is amazing, each bedroom is big and has its own bathroomshower room, 2 of the rooms sleep 3 by having a additional bed. The kitchen is well equipped, weve never needed for anything. Mags is a great host, ensuring hot tub is clean and at correct temperature, Shop and pub nearby. Booked again already we love this house.

We really enjoyed our stay at Plas coch. The house was exactly as the photos suggested it would be. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the 5 ensuite bathrooms! At night we made good use of the hot tub which was very clean thanks to the maintenance of the owner. We came to the property with a dog so were happy with the enclosed garden. The owner let us go for walks in her nearby fields that was ideal for the evening walks. The owner was very responsive when we asked for some extra cooking utensils she brought some around the next day! We would definitely recommend the house for its facilities and nearby attractions sea, hills, castles, ...!

Sweet treats on arrival were a lovely surprise. Excellent communication from the owner Mags. Covered hot tub was perfect temperature and reassuring to see thorough hot tub hygiene and maintenance. We would definitely recommend this property for the friendly welcome, location, kitchen facilities, modern bathrooms, good indoor and outdoor spaces, including the hot tub. We stayed at this beautiful house for my husbands 60th birthday. The home is spotless and the lady who owns the property is very welcoming and extremely helpful. We had such a lovely stay and we really enjoyed the hot tub which is a very good size. Everything we needed for a family stay of 8 adults and two children. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of cups, plates and glasses etc for our family stay. The freezer which also supplied us with crushed ice for our drinks was also a nice little surprise.
This was a beautiful house and the owner was very pleasant and helpful. We were given a home made cake which was amazing and fresh milk from the farm. Would definitely recommend. My only comment would be to provide details for recycling or obtain larger bins. We generated a lot of rubbish and recycling as there were 9 of us and couldnt get without it.
We had a wonderful stay with family for my Husbands 40th. Communication from Mags before was great, and she was so helpful with recommendations of restaurantsshopscake makers. The property is a great mix of traditional and modern and the hot tub was a huge bonus, and was regularly maintained and checked. We would recommend! A fabulous stay and we would love to go back.
Jacqueline
Fabulous property although photos hadnt acknowledged the nearby road or adjacent farm buildings and proximity of cattlealtogether this wasnt an issue for us. Wonderful building and excellent accommodation. Oven gloves would have been useful but all else on tap. Hot tub was a great boon and owner very attentive to its maintenance. Lots to see and do in the area with plenty for another day. Only hiccup was administrativeSYKES forwarded details of the wrong entry code to the door key safe. A hassle after a long drive but quickly resolved with a mobile call to the owner.
Judith
The property was amazing spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The hot tub was well used and the scones, jam and milk gifted by Mags were delicious. We had a fantastic holiday. Thanks VERY much!
We booked this for my dad's 60th and it was everything described and more. We are planning to rebook. Mags was so attentive and nothing was too much. Brilliant
Chelsea
The property is stunning with everything you need available. We had three babies with us and all the bedrooms were big enough for a family to stay in. Whenever we have stayed somewhere as a large group there has only ever been one oven, having a second oven made meal times so much easier for us! The property was pristine and the owner is absolutely lovely. She was available for any questions we had and also baked us cakes and delivered them on arrival which the children adored! Thank you so much for a lovely stay, we will definitely be rebooking!

This is a fabulous house, we had a great time celebrating Christmas here . The host was great and very accommodating.
The house was perfect for our family celebration in size, facilities and comfort. A very high standard of fixtures and fittings made it a luxury accommodation. Highly recommeded.
Claire
Amazing location, beautiful spotlessly clean house with everything you could possibly need! Loved our stay.
Belinda
Fantastic stay. Would highly recommend. Our extended family enjoyed Plas Coch. From the moment we arrived everything was explained and we felt relaxed. The closed garden was helpful with pets, with the addition of the cows to keep all amused. Good location to travel to Rhyl, Rhuddlan, Prestatyn etc. Had a lovely walk along the river in St Asaph and thoroughly enjoyed the hottub at the end of the day. Mags was very welcoming and helpful. We will come back again.
Stunning property, great location, very clean, and pleasant host! Absolutely fantastic, would love to visit again sometime!
Barbara

Patricia
The house was fabulous for all the family. Lots of space outside with a lovely hot tub and patio area. Fresh milk and eggs were a lovely touch too. Great location for travelling around North Wales
Plas Coch is a beautiful holiday home with a very attentive but not intrusive host. The hot tub was amazing and extremely well maintained. The kitchen was well set out and had everything we needed to self cater and even bake! The area was beautiful and near to lots of places of interest and the coast.
Cheryl
Fabulous holiday accommodation for large family or friends get together. Plenty of room. Obviously alot of money spent on the refurbishment with high end kitchen and bathroom fittings. The family sized hottub was amazing. Hosts friendly, approachable and responsive. Would highly recommend Plas Coch for a getaway. Although having explored alot of Wales over the years we hadn't been in this area but really glad we have now. St Asaph has all the facilities necessary, Rhaedadr Dyserth waterfall close by is worth a visit and plenty of seaside towns within a short drive. Whats not to love.
