1 Dolwen Farm Shop Reviews

Clive
A lovely â??up side down livingâ? barn conversion. Lots of space in the open plan upper lounge/kitchen/dinner. Lovely views over the surrounding country side. Beds were very comfy and plenty of draw and hanging space. Private off road parking was a bonus. All in all a great base to explore the North Wales coast.
Matthew
Wonderful property, lovely owners and everyone we met on the farm was so kind. Spacious and very practical in every way. A short drive to anything you want.
Denise
We all loved the hill views from the lounge. Our granddaughters enjoyed playing in the garden and with the farm dogs.
Olaf
Nice cottage, nice owners, not our last stay there
Martin
Great location for exploring North Wales, even from the lounge window! Friendly people, good accommodation but not ideal for 3 or 4 adult guests or less mobile people
Richard
Very friendly welcome from everyone on the farm, especially Ollie the Jack Russell. The cottage is 20 minutes from the endless beaches of North Wales. The perfect location for exploring all the towns and villages. The cottage was comfortable, spacious, clean & had everything you need for a mini break. Thank you for our homemade jam. It was delicious!
Debra
Comfortable accommodation situated on a working dairy farm. Stayed in cottage number 1 - the living room being above the bedroom allowed us to enjoy lovely views over the beautiful countryside. Parking in site a few yards from the cottage., tho you can pull up to the area in front of the entrance to unload your luggage. Well equipped and clean property. Friendly and approachable owner - there was also the added benefit of friendly dogs on site, especially Olly. We had a cake and some eggs as our welcome pack, very nice. I would be very happy to return to Dorwen - lots to do in the area, not too far from the seaside, plenty of places to visit (castles, stately homes, nature reserve, plenty of walking) and close enough to Anglesey to allow us to explore. FYI: my sat nav guided us to a property just down the lane from the farm so continue past this and you will see a clear Dorwen Farm sign.
Clive
The owner was very friendly & welcoming. The property was lovely, well equipped & in a beautiful setting.
Mark

Lovely cottage in a converted barn; everything we needed was provided. We really appreciated the eggs and bacon. The cottage was very quiet and is situated in a lovely part of North Wales. We would certainly stay here again.

We had a lovely week at Dolwen farm . Our cottage was bright and comfortable and equipped with everything we could possibly need . Beautiful views from lounge and adorable little Ollie to greet us every morning. Gift of eggs and bacon was very welcome . Would recommend to family and friends.
Geoff

Kelly
This is the second time we have stayed at Dolwen farm shop, the first being in the adjoining cottage, brilliant location on a friendly farm, wouldnâ??t hesitate to stay again :)
Sarah
Lovely clean cottage in a great location. Friendly owners and the views are stunning. All crockery, furniture etc very useable but some things felt a bit tired.
Edward
Lovely place to stay. Thoroughly recommend.
Elizabeth
A lovely cottage in a very quiet and peaceful rural location, with outstanding views over the surrounding countryside from the lounge window. However, due to the temperature within the cottage early morning and in the evening feeling lower than expected, a child or elderly person may feel a little cold.
Lilian
Lovely cosy cottage. Very clean. Comfortable beds.
