North Wales Eco Lodges Reviews

It was amazing. Location, the lodge, hot tube everything was five star. Will recomend to family and friends for sure.
Exactly as advertised. In excellent condition and very clean. We were in lodge 4. Another review said the jacuzzi was overlooked by the pub, but they've built a wooden gazebo over the jacuzzi and it's also so close to the banking that only those at the very edge of the beer garden could see down. It's completely fine. Number 5 is more overlooked and uncovered.

Lovely cabin, just what we needed for our stay and the hot tub was great! Would come back
The property was clean for our arrival and had nearly everything you would need for a short break. The bunk beds feel very wobbly and are very noisy so my asn kid felt more comfortable on the sofa. We were the only people booked in on site all week so I am confused about the decision to put us in number four. Number four is totally overlooked by the pub up the hill, we booked for two dogs and liked the idea of the enclosed garden, unfortunately number four doesn't have direct access to the enclosed garden which meant we had to put the girls on leads and walk them to the garden round the corner every time. It also meant that we couldn't have the french doors open to let air in as they led straight out the to drive way open space. We ended up buying a fan to try and keep the space cool as we were unable to have the door open. None of our outside lights were working the solar panels are covered by the building so gave off no light at all. On leaving and checking under the beds I found tissues, dirty glassware, and other rubbish from a previous tennant. You could use a space to hang or store clothes although I'm not sure where. We ended up living out of our bags for the few days. Other than that it's a great wee space and if the pub had been more welcoming or still serving food would have made a lovely wee base for exploring.
We loved our 3 night stay at this lodge. The lodge was super clean, had everything one needed for a stay and a comfy main bed. The hottub with Bluetooth speakers was a huge highlight especially for our 5 year old. Area was quiet but never too far from shops and pubs but you will definitely need your own transport to get here. A big shout out to John who does the maintenance for the area, not only was he friendly but also offered his assistance when we unfortunately had our car die on us and had to be taken away by RAC. He went above and beyond to check in with us to make sure we were ok and if we needed any food picking up from town, this kindness certainly made us feel at ease during a slightly stressful situation especially with a 5 year old .

The lodge is beautifully presented. I loved the decor. We have stayed in a few lodges and this was one of the best we have stayed in. The hot tub was lovely. Loved the Bluetooth option for music. Temperature was a little cool for us but they rectified this without any trouble. We were very lucky to have the whole site pretty much to ourselves most the time as was clearly a quiet moment before school holidays. Only comments would be to have a little more info about how to work things. We obviously worked it out but maybe some info about switches for the shower and radiator to dry towels. Loved the air fryer as we use one at home but I think it needs to be made clearer there isn't a hob, but we didn't mind at all. Overall the lodge was a credit to the owners. Really lovely stay. We would definitely come again.
Malcolm
Really enjoyed Monday to Friday stay . Clean tidy lodge, bed very comfortable, hot tubs all emptied and refilled after everyones stay, short drive to get to shops and some narrow roads , but in country side what we expected. Would definitely be coming back ,
