Half a mile from the village of Trevor and close to Llangollen, it delivers far-reaching views across the Vale of Llangollen that genuinely stop you in your tracks.

The area is outstanding for outdoor activity. You can walk or cycle Offa's Dyke Path, try white-water rafting or canoeing on the Dee, or take a canal boat trip across the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct a UNESCO World Heritage Site just down the road. Llangollen town is an easy ride away for shops and meals.

Bedroom two has a twin zip-and-link setup with a feature window and can be made up as a king-size on request.
