Fantastic little cottage, had everything and more that we could have asked for, the owner was extremely helpful and polite as in anything we needed wasn't too much trouble, location was amazing for all activities we wanted to do. Certainly would recommend this great cottage to friends and family.
A charming, clean, comfortable stone Cottage with a bit of history also. Lots of local country walks as well as great roads for those places you want to visit by car. We've enjoyed all Cottages that we've booked through Sykes but this one has been one of the best in our experience and we both say the lady owner was a really lovely hostess and thank her for letting us share her Cottage. Well done! Linda & John
Pen y Parc is a charming historic cottage , comfortably furnished and very well equipped. The secluded garden and conservatory are lovely places to relax . We have already booked our next visit !
Stella
Wonderful cottage in a delightfully quiet village with great star views at night and amazing distant hills views by day from the double bedroom window, in the right weather conditions, which we definitely had this Christmas. Very clean and comfortable, and a very friendly greeting on arrival from Sue.
Excellent cottage well looked after and conveniently sited for the North Wales Coast and Snowdonia. Near to the supermarket and with a pub just down the road for meals.
Michelle

We had a warm welcome from Sue when we arrived she shown us around the cottage and where everything was. The cottage was beautiful everything was perfect for me and in such a lovely village with beautiful surroundings. There was lovely walks that you can go on right near your doorstep. I had such a peaceful time here, so relaxing and in such a beautiful garden. I would love to go back again it's a home from home. Thank you Sue for everything.
Great little cottage, very comfortable and centrally located, lovely property owner Sue, nothing too much trouble for her. Would also recommend the pub across the road for good food and hospitality.
Lovely place. Excellent location. Sue was super friendly and very helpful. Cottage was lovely and clean. Everything you needed was there. Definitely recommend
Stunning cottage. Sue made us feel very welcome. The cottage was absolutely sparkling. It contained everything we needed to cook, clean and relax. The pub opposite Eagle and Child were extremely welcoming. Provided excellent food. Will definitely stay again.
Our host, Sue, was welcoming and friendly and the cottage itself is a lovely place to spend holiday time. Clean and well furnished, with comfortable beds and a sunny, secluded garden. A great base for exploring the area and, if you don't feel like cooking, or just fancy a cheeky pint, the Eagle & Child is just 40 steps away we counted!. We will certainly be returning. Thanks
The cottage was lovely. Clean, tidy and well set up,the village is just perfect and quiet. However we are so sorry to say that there are 2 major issues that need attention. The main double bed was absolutely awful. I have bruises on my hips, elbows and shoulders from the springs poking through. We tried to alleviate it by laying blankets and pillows over it but to no joy. Without trying to sleep on it you wont know. The other was the smell from the oil tank. There must either be a leak or spillage from a recent fill up.
The cottage was very clean and tidy with a well furnished kitchen. The conservatory and garden were excellent places to be in fine weather. Very peaceful place and good location for exploring places of interest in the local area.
Robert
All perfect. As old peaople we would have preferred a Premier Inn style bed .
Beautifully clean and well kept. Stunning scenery. Very well equipped kitchen.
Andrew
Excellent host. Had everything you need and only 50 steps from the lovely local pub. Recommended property and very reasonable pricing
Michelle
Beautiful cottage and location . .. my mum and I couldn't have been more pleased with our choice and the lovely welcome we received. It was unfortunate that heavy snowfall hampered our stay, however, the cottage owners and the people in the village couldn't have been more helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property ... it delivers on every level thank you!
This was our second stay at PenyParc and this time was every bit as enjoyable as the first one. Thanks.
Really enjoyed our short stay. The owner is so helpful and friendly. The accommodation has plenty of space and everything we needed. The conservatory was good to sit in when it rained and the garden lovely when it was fine. Comfortable seating and beds, good WiFi and a pub across the road with great food. A great place to stay. Thanks.
The cottage was lovely, peaceful and quiet. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The pub across the road was very handy and the locals were friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
The owner was very helpful, property is beautiful and clean and in a great location in a lovely idyllic village.
Lovely cottage in a nice little village! Big garden for our daughter to run around in and the conservatory was perfect for dining in the evening. Sue was very welcoming and gave us some good tips about the local area when we arrived. The Eagle & Child over the road has a beautiful beer garden!
Kenneth

We had a wonderful stay in Pen y Parc, the cottage is lovely and very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and there was lots to do in the area.

Michelle
Fantastic stay. Great communication with owner. Amazing views and a great pub just over the road.
Christine
Lovely querky cottage, super quiet location and brilliant walks along and over the hillside, we didn't do exactly the same walk twice!
Hilary
The cottage owner was welcoming and helpful the cottage was really well equipped, warm, comfortable including the beds and in a spectacular location. Just all round excellent.
Jennifer
The cottage was very comfortable with 2 seating areas inside. The conservatory was our preferred seating area as it was much lighter than the cosy lounge. As mentioned in the accomodation information, the stairs are steep and you do have to take care when leaving the double bedroom. But it's a cottage and it's quirky and you soon become used to things. Outside there are 3 deep steps to the lawned garden which is completely private. The cottage was very clean and had lots of extras. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. We made use of a walking guide we found on the bookshelf and also visited the pub opposite which was friendly. Only ate there once and would recommend. Lots to do round and about Prestatyn try Crispy Cod for fish and chips and Bodnant Gardens are but two. A highly enjoyable, relaxing 4 night stay and i would highly recommend the cottage. If you're lucky you might catch a glimpse of the peacock which seems to live in a neighbours garden!

This holiday was good the host was lovely welcoming us and when we visited the pub great food by the way we found local people very helpful and congenial my brother in law 86 and 81 not agile and found the stairs difficult if I was 20 years younger I would go here every holiday
Wonderful cottage, more a home than a holiday cottage. Comfy, quirky and warm.Beautiful peaceful location, sit on the bench just down the lane and you have a perfect view of Snowdon. Am already missing sitting in the dining room conservatory having my breakfast.
Andrew
Love staying at pen y parc. It's in such a beautiful location and easy to get around the area. Will hopefully stay for the third time in the near future.
Easy to find your way round the web site, can see prices of several weeks at a glance. Once we chose which cottage we wanted to book, the booking process was simple.
