The Beach House, Prestatyn

We had a brilliant weekend at the Beach House. The property was well decorated, clean and very spacious for the 15 of us. The beds were comfy and majority of rooms had an ensuite which was helpful with us being such a big group. It was cleaned very thoroughly for when we arrived and the complimentary toiletries and supplies were appreciated. We will definately be coming back!

Wonderful stay at The Beach House with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unlike many others available for the same number of people, this house had the dining and sofa seating space for everyone so no one had to compromise! Wed most definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

This property was super for our extended family of 4 generations, kitchen was brilliant, want the cooker! ! Beds were comfy and multi showers great. Will be back.

Very comfortable house, extremely close to the beach. Games room very well used over the week. The Welcome Pack was amazing. In all we had a superb refreshing, restful holiday.

Lovely location next to beach, spacious property catering for all age groups from 6 months to 85 years. The games room was a bonus keeping all age groups entertained. Should need arise will certainly look at this property again

We were a family group of 13 . 6 Children 5 to 16 years and a dog . The Beach house was great for all Spacious rooms to be together, great games room ,All had fun in there !.Comfy beds , plenty of hot water . Loved being so close to the beach . Miles of prom for running, dog walking and scooter riding. Lots to do for all in local area. LLandudno and Conwy are real gems. Family all want to return. Thank you

Definitely a hidden gem, excellent location right next to the beach. Perfect set up for a large family get together over the Christmas period. Plenty of space, excellent facilities, well maintained and very helpful maintenance team. Looking forward to staying again in the future thanks

Wow! What can I say. The Beach House suited us down to the ground. We were a mixed aged family with ages ranging from 70 to18 months. We had a disabled member and the downstairs suited him perfectly. The kitchendiner and lounge are so big we did not feel on top of each other with plenty of seating options. The welcome hamper was very welcome. Everyone slept so well on very comfortable beds and fresh linen. The water pressure was great as in some places showering is an ordeal. The position of the house was perfect. We made good use of the beach and nearby playground. We have had many family holidays and can honestly say The Beach House has been the best. Many congratulations and thanks to the owners.

Excellent weekend in the Beach house service was fantastic and the house is a secret gem with a gorgeous beach less than a minute walk. The house was immaculate and the bedding was so fresh and the beds are comfy. Cant wait to return.

We had a lovely stay at The Beach House, its spotless clean and has everything you need. Lots of space in the socialising rooms to get together and also escape if needed. Only suggestion is to receive the size of the bed in the front downstairs bedroom my parents were pencilled in for that one but were unable to use it.

Well what a fabulous house to celebrate a 80th birthday. 14 adults and plenty of room. Very spacious house literally next door to sand dunes and sandy beach. Easy access for all ages The owners have done everything possible to make your stay relaxing. Bedrooms and bathrooms beautiful, brilliant games room, kitchen with all one requires and lovely hamper. Large dining room and very comfortable lounge. TVs everywhere. Great little extras throughout which owners leave. You really do not need to take anything other than yourselves. House suits all ages from babies to senior adults. Loved this rental so much we will be back very soon . 1010 for the owners. Teresa McCoy

The Beach House was the perfect holiday getaway for our group of 10. The spacious accommodation comfortably fit everyone, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The welcome basket was a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. We loved how the beach was just steps away, accessible through the garden gate. The games room was a fantastic addition, providing hours of fun for all ages. Overall, a fantastic stay highly recommended for families and groups!

This lovely house was big enough for all 13 of us, from 2 to 82 years plus our two little dogs. It was very clean and well equipped and a thoughtful welcome gift was left, even for the dogs. It is a very short walk from the beach which everyone enjoyed even in the inclement weather! All 6 children went into the sea several times and thoroughly enjoyed themselves, they all wanted to stay at the house longer, maybe next time?

Super location! !! Out the back gate, a park on the left and the beautiful sandy beach a minutes walk. Yes, the house is on an estate but it was so peaceful and everyone we had the pleasure to meet were so friendly and helpful. The house had everything we could wish for and more. We were a large family group ranging from 4 years to OAPs and the location and facilities provided for us all! Just what we needed!

The BEACH H OUSE IS IN A GREAT POSITION TO ACCESS THE BEACH . THE CAR PARK IS NOT REALLY BIG ENOUGH FOR MOVING 6 CARS IN AND OUT . THE DINING TABLE ONLY SEATS 11 PEOPLE . THE 2 BEDROOMS WITH THE KINGSIZED BEDS IN WHERE TOO SMALL . ITWAS DIFFICULT TO WALK AROUND THE BED

Amazing house in an amazing location! The house itself is literally a 2 minute walk from the beach, there is plenty to see and do in Prestatyn. The instructions provided to find the house was spot on, as well as where to find the front door key. Once you have paid your full balance you are then given the code for the key box where the front door is as well as other information you require, as such as the housekeeping bond that needs to be paid 14 days before you arrive. All good communication. The house itself ticked all the boxes big enough for our entire group 8 adults, 7 children aged 510 as well as one very well behaved dog. There are other reviews that state the bedrooms are a little on the small side, however this didnt impact us at all we only used the bedrooms to get changed and sleep! We rarely used the spacious living room because the dining area and the games room were big enough to house us all. The patio door separating the living room and games rooms was sound proof so when the children were all asleep, the adults of the group sat in the games room and played games, etc. Some of the group even used the washing machine and tumble dryer facilities its so good when you find a holiday house that has everything you need. We all absolutely loved the weekend at the Beach House, and we would definitely recommend! 10 out of 10 for house and location!

We were a family getting together to celebrate my upcoming 70th birthday. Spending a week at the Beach House was amazing. The weather was okay but the house and the location were perfect. Everything we needed was supplied. Both the children and adults made full use of the games room. The property was everything we hoped for.

Our family ranging from 6 to 70 in age had a very enjoyable late Christmas weekend stay at The Beach House. The weather was excellent for January with cold sunny days. Everyone enjoyed using the games room, even us oldies.

The property was generally great and served our purposes well, notably the location, which is superb being on the beach but due to the weather, netflix and the games room got well used. There was 14 of us and dining in one place has been a struggle previously but was no problem here and we also used the large table for family games. The property is in need of a bit of TLC in a few areas most likely down to it being well used I'm guessing throughout the year and our stay being at the end of the season. Some of the bedrooms were a bit of a squeeze and storing clothes and cases may cause others issues but we made do. A good time was had by all.

A lovely property which is surprisingly larger on the inside than it looks and well fitted out and decorated. Only small niggle is the amount of space around beds in the rooms. It is tight! And this also means a lack of storage space. This is a modern house build so if you are used to them you will know what to expect. Lovely location with gated access direct onto beach. Beach is fabulous although wind makes a visit quite painful

We have stayed in many large holiday properties and this is one of the best. Perfect location for beach walks and local facilities. Plenty of parking and adequate outside space. We were all adults so didnt need anything bigger. The house itself is very well presented and very clean with loads of space to spread out. The dining area was great for our wine tasting event and the lounge great for our quiz which we cast on the tv. All in all a fabulous stay for my family.

We had a lovely week, great for walking and the beach, also the startend of Offa's Dyke just down the promenade by the Nova Centre. Few little issues which were reported and quickly sorted out with Sykes. Although the house is through a large housing estate, the back entrance leads directly to the promenade. Great walks west to Abergele via Rhyl and east to Talacre lighthouse. Well signposted footpaths. The walk to Dysserth waterfall was lovely and Y Shed on route to the waterfall was a welcome stop for coffeedelicious cakes.

Spent a week here with the family and absolutely loved it! ! House is amazing and so is the location. Definitely will be returning

Overall very happy with property and location. Location was perfect, driving on to housing estate felt strange but once at property you wouldn't have known you were on an estate as you stepped out of the back gate onto fabulous Friscall beach. Sunset amazing. Downstairs rooms really spacious and games room made for some fun nights. Few maintenance issues but passed on easily enough to Sykes and maintenance company. Communication good. Relaxing holiday enjoyed by all.

We booked the beach house for my sisters 50th birthday for the family. Accommodation was great, spacious, well equipped and very clean. Beds very comfortable. Games room fab. Location brilliant, right next to the beach. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

Chipped bowls and plates. Dirty drawers. Showers not draining properly. Bedrooms with no space for case or bag and in fact in 2 you could only walk to bed sideways as bed filled whole room. Teeny tiny ensuites with sinks too small to wash teeth in. Dog poo in garden plastic grass we dont have a dog The games room with space invaders was popular and the beach close but house on an estate

Ten out Ten for location to the beach If I could put Eleven I would. Plenty of room to move around in the house without feeling crowded. Beds really comfortable. Close to Ffrith Pub and the Nova centre which is about a 10 to 15 walk along the beach. Already looking at dates to come back next year. Would really recommend this for a family holiday

I holidayed here during May half term with my sisters and our children. The Beach House was very spacious and very well equipped. The games room was fab for the children. We couldnt ask for a more ideally located property with the House literally being a stones throw away from the beach. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Ideal for large groups.

Stayed here for the mrs suprise 50th with family with ages ranging from 876. Location right next to the beach was perfect, accomodation was lovely and very comfortable. My only criticism is that the pictures here certainly dont do the property justice, there is also a lovely size garden the outdoor picture here is solely a balcony on one of the bedrooms. Overal a perfect stay which was also made better with the lovely weather. I will certainly be considering this property when booking a future family break absolutely faultless x thankyou x

A wonderful surprise stay for my Mums 70th birthday, 12 of us stayed here SunWed. What a fab surprise to find the beach on the doorstep literally, We have stayed in several cottages booked through Sykes but this cottage was outstanding, we cannot recommend enough, everything you could possbly want or need for a few days away with the family, spacious, spotlessly clean, fantastic facilities available and the beach at the bottom of the garden. The owners have put so much thought into the house, it was perfect Thank you

Me and my family had a lovely stay at this property. All of the rooms were immaculate, there was an adequate number of bathrooms and lots of towels provided. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans so we could cook meals and the utility room was great for washing all our sandy beach clothes. There was enough TV's for us to each watch our own programmes and some had the added bonus of NetflixPrimeDisney access. The games room was a lovely addition for the grown ups to wind down with pool or a game of Space Invaders. The garden gate access leading to the beach and a children's play area was an added bonus. Allinall the property had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful property in a wonderful location. The house was very well equipped and comfortable, just as described in the booking details. The beach was literally less than a minutes walk from the back garden which was absolutely fantastic for the children especially. They also really loved the games room. The garden was completely enclosed and safe for our dog. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach House and would love to return in the future.
