The bathroom is a real highlight a free-standing roll-top bath plus a large walk-in shower. The open-plan living area has a comfortable sofa and a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob. Bedroom one is a double on the first floor. Bedroom two is a mezzanine small double (4ft bed) accessed via open-tread stairs above the sitting room.

Pontcysyllte Aqueduct (5 miles), Chirk Castle and Erddig are all within easy reach. The Llangollen Steam Railway runs from the town centre.
