Fabulous!! The accommodation is 5 The owner actually asked us for ideas on how to improve and we couldn't think of a single thing . The kitchen is amazing and has more equipment than we do at home. Bright, modern, spotless with so much scope and space for families. The beach is super close and is quiet, a great place to wander. Lots of places nearby to visit. We went to Gwrych Castle which is well worth a visit, Dyserth Waterfall, very pretty place along with a look around Abergele, Colwyn Bay beautiful and other small towns there is lots to do. The owners a so friendly and close by we felt very welcomed. Would recommend and we will return

This is an absolute gem. The bedrooms downstairs and lounge up makes such a difference.. Its spotless, the cleaning is of a very high standard. They think of the little extra, milk, butter & bread on arrival. Beds are most certainly very comfy.. Having access to a washer also helps, reduces the amount of packing you need to bring. Kitchen is very well stocked.. Even an airfryer, large fridge freezer too. Location is ideal for beach access and also a short walk to the car boot andsrgd fair in season I could happily live here.

We had a lovely 10 days at mikes place on the cove. The house was lovely, very clean and well presented. Ricky and Cathy were lovely hosts, stopped if they saw us to have a chat and to ask if things were ok, whether we needed anything etc. The beach being so close was definitely an added bonus especially for the kids. A wonderful place to stay for a three generational family of 7 . The house was only a few months old and was clean and well equipped with everything you could need.Welcome pack and many extras , even flowers ! Cathy and Ricky were lovely hosts and the neighbours were friendly. Many places to visit and lovely beaches. Would highly recommend!

The house was truly amazing, and so were the hosts. The place was immaculate when we checked in. Everything was accounted for, from tissues and utensils, to an air fryer, to board games and books! There was even bread, milk, coffee and other necessities already! We did a barbecue one evening, unfortunately there werent any bbq utensils BUT Ricky got a brand new bbq utensil set to us by the next morning! I dont think you can find hosts more accommodating and helpful. The beach is a very short walk away, and theres an Asda literally a 2min drive 10min walk away too. Theres so much to do in the area, from arcades and fairs to pubs and restaurants. The neighbouring town Rhyl also has a variety of shops and places to eat. Llandudno and Conwy are about a 2530 min drive away, so Id like to think this place is in a great location. I would most definitely recommend Mikes Place to anyone visiting North Wales, and I would absolutely book again. 1010.

What an amazing place to stay. It was lovely to have a welcome pack with essentials, flowers included, which made it feel like home from home. The home was spotlessly clean, im a very fussy person when it comes to cleanliness Everything that you would need whilst on holiday was there. Close to local amenities, and a stones throw from the beach The local people were all so friendly. We want to thank the hosts, Catherine and Ricky for making our holiday one of the most pleasant experiences weve had. Its a must!

Great property! Its a new build so everything is as per description. Well appointed master bedroom, ensuite and twin rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and pots and pans. Quiet area with quick access to an ASDA. The only issue was with the bathrooms that either did not have locks or locks did not work. The owners were kind enough to provision cookies and bread for a quick fix on arrival. All good, I will recommend the property for an affordable stay with quick access to key tourist areas in North Wales.

The house was spotless. The owners were so kind and helpful. It was a lovely place to stay in.
